This is the fourth sermon in our series on the book of Nehemiah. This is a companion series to our Ezra series. In this series we will look at Nehemiah’s role in rebuilding Israel after their return from exile in Babylon. We will learn a lot about how God rebuilds that applies to our lives today from this return to the promised land and recovery of God’s Word. In this message, Pastor Aaron shows us that we can persevere in the good work of our King through distraction and slander because the significance of our work, no matter what it is, is found in who we work for, not what our work is, using Nehemiah 6-7.
