This is the first sermon in our series on the book of Nehemiah. This is a companion series to our Ezra series. In this series we will look at Nehemiah’s role in rebuilding Israel after their return from exile in Babylon. We will learn a lot about how God rebuilds that applies to our lives today from this return to the promised land and recovery of God’s Word. In this message, Pastor Aaron shows us how God calls the unlikely and empowers them by building their character through his Word, giving us a powerful story for his mission using Nehemiah 1-2.
